--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a TR magna and my fan will not turn on by itself. I have turned on the A/C and this activates both fans. I'm guessing the thermo fan sensor is broken or thermo relay. Where are these items and is there any way of testing to find out if indeed it is either of these items. If anyone knows of another possible option please advise.
P.S. lady owner so lamens terms would be appreciated
Ahhh, and also the ignotion coil keeps blowing....this is a totaly seperate problem but any knowledge on this would be great!

i answered this question only a couple of days ago, you probably missed that thread, anyways here goes.... the thermo fan switch on a tr magna is in the bottom of the radiator, you can unplug it and bridge the terminals on the plug ( not the switch ) with a split pin or a piece of wire (this is where my memory fails) or if it only has one terminal, earth it to the body..... if the fans start up when you do this, then the switch is faulty and needs replacing.... do not buy a genuine switch as they are over $100 whereas a non genuine switch is half the price...... hope this helps
