Has anyone mounted an 8 inch sub in the spot that is already
moulded into the rear parcel shelf.? If so how did it go and
what brand did you use / recomend :confused:

it has been discussed before, and most people agreed it would be too much work for too little gain.

the best option for a low-space, but still reasonable bass would be a shallow mounted 10 or 12 (a box of 1cu/ft can be squased in most corners of the boot!) or even a free-air job.

the new ba falcons have an 8 inch sub mounted on the parcel shelf (premium sound option) and they sound really good. they give out just that bit more bass and it assists the 6X9s. ive got one of these subs sittin at home if you are interested.
