Okay guys i want to mount my amp somewhere in the car. It wont fit on the back of the boot seat cause its to big.. I also do alot of water sports so i want it to be protected.. I was thinking under the passengers seat but i cant find where the screws are to un bolt it
Any ideas would be great

if its too big for the back seat, i doubt it would fit under the passenger seat!!
what about a false floor in the boot? maybe flush into the boot floor?

I agree here.
But if you must try to get the seat off, slide it all the way back, and you'll see plastic covers over the bolts. Remove the covers, and the bolts, then slide it all the way forward, and repeat with the back covers and bolts.
But TheDifference has the right idea. This is my car:

Also, found this on the JL audio website. Check out how this guy has mounted his amp:

Tis a bit of a highjack, but kinda relevent too....
How have you mounted your false wall to the chassis of the car?
What is in behind there to screw into?

Strip back the carpetting, and you'll see the supports behind that you can put a couple of screws in.
Just peel it back and you'll get some ideas.

i done a false floor then used a strip of angle aluminium to hold the bottom and if you look above the distributer block you can see the tech screw holding in the top
then just put carpet over the lot
