:) well today i took the chance and installed a redline 4in cone shaped pod filter with a redline 4in adapter. was abit worried after reading things about the airmass sensor? and was worried it mite not work. no problems at all car starts runs no rough idle or flat spots. was running a K&N panel filter. didnt notice too much in the power area but it seems to take off a bit smoother, oh and it looks pretty good to. using cold air intake from original airfilter box which has been removed,will eventually make /get a cold air intake with a pod box??. So mite have a 2nd hand K&N panel filter for sale .

how much did this set you back? Im looking into this mod aswell.....wouldnt mind a bit of sound...

wait...do u mean uve installed the pod inside the existing box?

if not, is this possible with some plastic fabrication? or is it too small for even the smallest of pods?

id say its a redline 4in round...not k&n oval

no for a normal cone shaped pod from redline.
