Now that the 380 has been discounted, have prices on new Magnas also been discounted? This is assuming that Mitsubishi is still selling new Magnas? I came to that conclusion as they are still advertising them on their webiste.

It's not abnormal for a model to be hanging around many months after being superceded. Early next year you will still be able to buy a brand new VZ Commo...
As for new Magna pricing, most dealers are advertising ES wagons for no more than $24,990 (RRP). You should also be able to get a very nice Verada GTVi AWD, new, for no more than $30k!:D Given there is no 380 AWD (yet...), the resale ratings on all Magna/Verada AWD's would be much healthier than the regular FWD's.
Speaking to a friend at MMAL HQ the other day, he told me that I'd be hardpressed to find a brand new VRX FWD auto (manuals still available) or a VRX AWD. All virtually gone... forever.
Mitsubishi have sold on average around 200 new Magna/Verada's per month (give or take) since 380's release. If you want a new one I'd suggest seeing your local Mitsu dealer and haggle them crazy!lol

24K is fantastic for a new car. Thanks for the info mate. I guess they have stopped manufacturing the Magna/Verada now and this is just leftovers from 2005?

Yeah they ceased production of the TW/KW Magna/Verada in September last year. I can't imagine they'd have many left by now...

Nope, definetly ceased production of Magna wagons at the same time as the sedan, which was September last year. You still see many new wagons out there because they weren't selling very well.
Only about 3% of all TW Magnas sold (inc fleets) were wagons, so the initial business case of continuing wagon production was killed off.
