have a read of this guys... solved a few things and my windows are a little bit quicker...

also upgrade the wire from the back of the alternator to the battery +ve terminal... (use fusable link!) try make the runs as short as possible

also using lanolin spray in the tracks, the windows will go quicker

briefings are always good, cant speak for most, but im lazy as hell, shows in my only having pwr windows at the front doors. :P

Silocon Spray is also a good product to ger to spary down the window guides.
