I know I may be asking some pretty basic things... But I was wondering if "Pod" style air filters will mess with the MAF, something like this. (http://www.force-flow.com/ff_air%20filters.htm)
If so would placing the pod some what away from the MAF fix the problem, something like a CAI?

now if u worried that ull get heaps of flak for asking common questions just use the search button at the top right of the page. the one thats says search this forum.
now question 2 . quick answer is no. the maf will get mixed reading from the pod and make the car run lean. if u want a better filter use a K+N PANEL filter. it will fit where the paper factory one goes.
as for CAI yes its a good idea. wont get any power gains but with that and the K+N filter will make it alittle more revy and a bit more responsive. but if u search (search button) the first gen section ull see what others have done and ull find a few pics of what the other members have done.

Thanks, I have been checking out sagna's set up.
I have really been crawling for the MAF thing, it's hard to find stuff for the older magna's though....
