just letting you know that i painted the little straight bit on my dash today (metalic blue). im only posting this coz im bord and not many people post in this section. pics will be up soon.

that looks pretty good, although im not to sure about the colour. does it look different in the flesh? im going to do this soon. ive had the paint and the airbrush sitting around for ages, just havent got my arse into gear to borrow my pops compressor. how did you get that part out? also did the air vents come out with it?

The colour looks better in real life, ite more of a metalic blue.
to get it out you have to take out the first plastic bit of your cluster(dials) and there will be a screw. once that is off open your glovebox all the way (it hits the floor when open all the way).
then there will be a plastic bit which needs to come out, only a few screws. once it is out put your hand up behind the dash and there will be two wingnuts undo them and it will just pull out.

its not really that hard.

oh yeh the air vents just clip off.

i painted cluster thing aswell but you carnt really see it. im going to do the rest (center) later on, i didnt have much time and the weather is bad at the moment
