Hi all,
I'm new here, after having been lurking and learning for the last couple months. I was looking to upgrade to a TL Magna (the 88 TN Magna had seen better days), but ended up going for a 2000 KJ Verada Xi, bought privately at a good price.

Pics below, goes beautifully, not planning to change much, probably just some tinting and new speakers in the rear. Personally I don't think it needs much else. But first job will be to do the timing belt and platinum spark plugs as it's nearly up to 100,000kms.

Have to agree with MR Bishi. One of the classiest models ever made and black just tops it off. Time to buy up big on cleaning products because black is a joy to keep clean but when clean, looks the best.

I too went from a '88 TN to a KJ... talk about CULTURE SHOCK! lol

Guess those Mitsu boffins have been doing some work all those years in between,
but heck - KJ still has the same powerwindow switch and same pwrsteering reservoir. :shock:

Looks like its got mega potentiol ( spelling ). Slammed on chromies, and wow one very sexy ride.

check out muzza_oz's rada, thats dumped, on 20's and manual, looks sweet as, could give ya ideas :badgrin:

Great buy for the money mate. Gee, just think on how much car you are getting for $13k.
Cant beat them for value for money second hand and dont worry about the milage. These babies dont mind high milage if they are looked after.
