haha! i think everyone has had that same problem at some time! i parked mine the wrong way up a hill once through a heavy nights rain and found an olympic size swimming pools worth of water in the passenger side foot well. there have been a couple of fairly extensive threads on this topic where heaps of guys have given different causes of it but i dont think anyone knows for sure. obviously a leaking seal from somewhere but its just a matter of finding it! do a search on leaks to find some other suggestions, although mine would be to start check all your window and door seals, but mainly check where the water drains from your windscrean. make sure that its clean and clear of crap, and try and find an angle where it doesnt happen if you have to park on a hill. other than that i guess youll just have to start driving in a pair of flippers! hope this helps some and welcome to the forum. one word of warning it can get very addictive. why not post some personal details and stats on your car too.

I have a quick way of checking if it's the same as mine.
Stick ya hand under the headliner at the top of the windscreen. Is the cardborad wet there ? Then it's your windscreen surround.
I fixed mine myself whilst changing the windscreen. The O'Briens guy said it was his sixth TR /TS with this fault.
You take the screen out and remove ALL the crap and rust etc under there. Paint and put in the new screen.
The reason is the way the ureathane was applied at the factory. It caught water and dirt causing rust. Nice easy fix if done early.
Oh I did get a quote from the panel beaters for $100 to fix minus screen and fitting.
