updating my soundsystem, im still stickin with Soundstream for for the newer XXX series...
wat i am orderin in...
XXX 10KD Amp Series
4Ohm - 5500
2Ohm - 7500
1Ohm - 10,000

XXX 15 Sub Series
8500 (watt)

and i already have the tarantula series splits and 6*9's

This will go OFF, yes it has sent me broke but i cant get enough of it, my mate has one of eight subs in the world of the SPLX series which is 1000RMS - 2000W and i thought that was good which will take out most soundsystems i have heard b4, so i thought i would go one betta lol nah i love my soundsystems and especially Soundstream.

Anyways tell us wat ya think of it....

just buy a jackhammer :P lol thats just nuts, the money ur spending on that could probably pay for a ralliart ;) but hey each 2 their own, just see if the magnas welds and bolts can hold up 2 it ;) and i guess u wont need ur rear view mirror now :P

Sounds decent, but would you really listen to it THAT loud? ****, im only running 400WRMS and that's hurting my ears...

Would be interesting to see the dB score on your system once complete. Please post that up

by the sounds of all that power looks like your gonna have to upgrade your alternator and pretty much use the hole boot as an enclousre. i dont think many sedans are capable for spl your after. unless you rip out your back seat and reinforce ya windows and wat nots. but other than that soundstream is an awesome brand. if you dont mind me asking how much is all this setting you back?

No offence but DD Z2 and Epsilons Surfboard amp will eat up that for power.

It will be loud, DD 99xx ( 10, 000WRMS+ ) / Treo Extreme Woofer ( 25, 000WRMS ) / Atomic Top of the line ( 25, 000WRMS ) subs will sorry to say eat that sub as well.

Good luck with the system though, it will be way louder if set up right then most cars :D

:nuts: **** man...you guys need a cheaper hobby! - ****en hell, i thought my last car audio system was good enough when i built it 10 years ago, cost me $3000 - but at the end of the day, i only listened to it about 40 minutes a day - then had to be careful i didnt get booked for undue noise - them i thought i coulda put that to my house deposit and saved plenty on my morgage over the term of the loan........there is good audio, then there is going overboard!:shock:

yeah i know there is other stuff out there that will ruin mine, but i cant say i know of many others out there with such a huge system, when i say that i mean personally dont get me wrong there!! anyways i dont really wanna say how much i am spendin cause i knw the reaction it will prob get so yer its enough i can say that much! i made my order and am waitin for a response as to when it will be gettin here so will keep informed, and i will b takin my car off tha road for about a week toget it all done properly...so yer...will let every1 knw wats going on...
