In the instrument cluster you can change just about any bulb into any colour except for the transmission lights for the auto. ( P , D , 3, 2, L or 1) are special globes.
Oh and chances is that they dont give out bright enough effect though there are some here who did it quite well.

i changed them in my TF so it will be the same. there are plenty of guides on here
