does anybody know if my 1997 TF exec can be converted to power windows.....i am really interested in getting them and if anybody haas done it and got prices....id like to know...please

Do a search mate, there was a thread o it not long ago and yes it can be done!! best bet would be to get all you need from the wreckers!!

you can definately put p/w into tf exec, i got the exact model, and i got p/w the aftermarket one ithink where controls are just infront of the cupholders in the centre

yeah i did a search but i couldnt get anything.....does anybody know a rough price ill be looking at...im really interested in doing this....but i dont want to spend a great dweal of money

Hmm id be interested in pricing for my TF Advance as well, anything over say $250 and I wouldn't bother but

cheapest way is to find a later model magna being wrecked and take the parts out!! havent seen any aftermarket P/W though! i would also be interested depending on prices!! :D

Have seen some cars with aftermarket kits. Remove the window winders and replace with the motor units in the door. They install the switches on the centre console, hide the control box underneath and put little covers to close the winder handle hole.

Pulling out a full system from a wreck would probably be neater if you can buy all the door cards - as they are different (bulge) for the power window vehicles. Might not be cheap though.
