Engine mounts take up a lot of vibtation.. id say fix the mount then go from there..:)

If the vibration is at Idle I would say it's engine mounts.

Also my Magna Mech told me after I had my old Gen 1's engine reco'd, changed the oil every 5000. Reco Astrons get metal shavings that go into the Oil and after a while will build up and blow you nice new engine. Trust me I found out the hard way.

Hmm... metal shavings, hey?

I experienced that when I changed my Tranny fluid at 235,000... (sorry, I'm in the wrong forum, I've got a TR but I thought I'd pop in here and see what people are talking about)

This has me worried!

well after ripping my knuckles to shreads undoing the drivers side mount i found out it was the rear mount that is stuffed... replaced the drivers side one anyway and will replace the rear one tomorrow... you will probaly hear me cursing across australia.... the lady across the road thought it was great watching me swear and pace around the car talking to myself like a madman......
