Hi Guys
Just a very quick question I hope you can help me with. I'm looking to upgrade the battery in my car to a deep cycle high cca battery as my current one is dying after 2mins with the sound system on. Just need to know what the biggest dimentions a battery could have and fit into the stock 2000 TJ Advance battery holder?
thanks in advance

thanks in advancedon't know the dimensions but i think the stock batteries are a 9 plate with around 430cca....
i now (after my original shat itself - all sorts of dramas that mitsu had no idea about!) have a 11 plate with around 520cca from memory, its has never faultered in the two years i've had it... mind you, i dont run a big stereo with it!
when i was looking back then i found ones with 12 and 13 plates (not sure of the cca, definately higher) that would fit in the current holder... go down to your local Auto One, Peps or similar and ask them what the most powerful one they've got is!
cheers
Al
