Can u paint plastic chrome without it looking like ****?

Haha wen i pull up at the lights they'll be like its an executive i may be able to beat it, then once the green shines BAM all they'll see is the dust of a verada!
Yeh my car is almost completely colour coded atm, kashmir body silver rims all my lights same colour at the front, only thing outta place are my tinted tails which i prefer to the bright red stock verada tails, and my rear mud flaps which aren't really noticable!
here's more pics of what it would look like

Execs are quicker than Veradas...
Dependant on model really, methinks thats a KE or KF that canadian has, in which case the exec would be a 2.4 or 3.0 if im not wrong???
I love the look of your car with clear indicators and the new chrome grill... I'd love to colour code my car but dont have the time or money - dont take a step backwards it will look seedy.

No it's not dependant on the model. Only the engine...and obviously I'm not going to compare the 2.4l to the 3.0l...
Execs are a nice amount lighter. The execs are quicker and could either be 2.4 or 3.0...

22608 I think the words you're looking for bro are "side door mouldings" they would look better colour-coded or you could just shave them off completly like mine :)
I'm painting mine black - but I have a balck car ;)
Don't do it, looks out of place!
Don't do it.
Black makes it look pov spec. You car looks like it has class as it is, having black down the side will take that all away.
For the love of God, don't do it, your still young!!! And once you go black, you can never go back :D
Mine are black. Looks good. hahaha.

What I was actually meaning was that in each series it is dependant, example E series Verada would be quicker cos of 3.5L versus 3.0L in exec. Whereas TJ2 for example Exec would be quicker than Verada, both 3.5 but Verada being heavier......anyways its all academic, cos then people could also say its dependant on fuel levels, driver style, passengers, gearboxes etc. Also a bit off topic too....so Ill drop it.

Haha funny yeah im probably not gonna do it simply because it will take all the class away from my car, but hauwai has a good idea, shave them completely off hmmm

I'm with Hauwai on this one.
I myself had my strips removed and smoothed and it adds a nice touch.
My car is black and it does stand out.
But yours being a silver color it will look nice.
 BTW your car looks awesome.

OMG, hauwai, you are gifted! With one, single, post you have people thinking about shaving their side door mouldings off...count me in!
Would that sucker just come off without anything special? I mean, would I have to get it done professionally, or would it just come off like the badges? 'Shaving' sounds like a trip to a smash repairer and respray.

i'd imagine there would be paint underneath them, so i reckon after removal of the strips, all you would need to do is maybe give the doors a quick buff to even out the paint. I could be wrong tho lol

Called door trim. And keep it colour coded, dont change it black.
door trim is on the inside of the car. they're called body moulds or more common in the industry as protector moulds.
dude, colour code them. your front mudflaps look done and not the rear, so get those rear ones done while your at it. colour coding the protector moulds looks way better. i made mention to Blackbeard about what a difference it made to his car which i think is the same if not similar colour
