As a very happy past owner of 2 KS's, a KH and now a 380GT, I was quick to suggest a second-hand Magna when a work friend went car searching.
Indeed, we found a 10/95 Magna V6 5-speed manual in burgundy. It is one of those runout special "Challenge" packs, which includes fully coloured bumpers, rear mudflaps, 15" wheels & hubcaps (similar to TS SE), and air-conditioning.
It has 202,000km but is very straight and original. Headlight covers, dashmat, rear window louvre, even the pinstripes. No scuffs on bumpers or hubcaps. Only damage is on the roof where a garage roll-a-door has inadvertantly descended upon the roof and dented/grazed it.
Paid $2200 which I think was a good price. Passed QLD roadworthy/safety inspection first go.
I am amazed at how different a manual V6 TS feels, as compared to the auto TS/KS, of which I have owned two in the past. Firstly, the manual feels so much perkier, and the engine seems to rev more freely (helped in no small part by the relatively short gearing)
Let's just hope it's a good car now.
