Ok I was just wondering about a magna power steering fluid leak.

The car is a Magna 93 v6 wagon.

Took it for a test drive, but when started it made a tapping noise.
The guy put some fluid in, and said there was a slow leak.

Is it easy to fix?
Is it a standard problem in magnas from that time?

Sure, slight leak......

I would tell him to get it fixed and tell him to call you when he wants to make a sale...

thought id use an exsisting thread
Spent another $80 and got ANOTHER power steering pump and its still blowing O rings.
I put in the new o ring, tighten her up, bleed it (disconnect dizzy wire thingy and turn car on moving wheel side ti side full lokc for 20 sec) and as soon as i connect it back up and start her up, as soon as i move the wheel it blows the o ring and pisses out fluid everywhere, and i mean pissing uot, like spraying 2 meters out.......
now in 80 minutes from home atm and still need to drive home.....I NEED SOME HELP ERE!
should i go to the mechanics and get them to look at it, change the o ring again and hope for the best, or drive home with no power steerig and get it fixed at home by our trusted mechanic?
i wont be on the net long but if u can help PM slyts6 or LeGiOnAir or ashneel for my phone number and give me a ring...relly pissed off now.....
