Hi all, i've just recently joined the AMC club, i'll see if i can post apic of my TJ Advance soo, don't have access to a digital camera yet (it's a galcier green with a VRX wing)
I have a bit of an on going problem.
I had some body work done due to a prang with a truck, but since picking up the car from City Motors panel and paint, the car would start and turn off after 2 seconds, i would start it again then it would stay on......
it's been like this since April??.. has anyone had this problem before??
help

where was the car hit?
I assume that you've checked the obvious i.e. battery and terminals etc?

Hahaha... doesn't matter what you should have done. It comes down to fault al law.
Dunno about the glitch. I woulda thought battery, alternator or something else I can't remember the name of that sits down there somewhere.

Maybe it's not holding fuel pressure once it's turned off and you first start it? Then once it's started it's building up to correct pressure again???
i just bought mine - had the same problem

Yes he did fix it via getting a replacement battery which in his case was under warranty!
Try getting a new battery.. if that don't work then sit in ya room and cry until it fixes itself
