Some times when pulling out from a parking spot (after just being in reverse) first gear will not engage, and some gear changes are a little jumpy... Any idea how to smooth things out?

I have a handy little multimeter I can use to check things...

How long since its had a service..???

Id be answering both those before you start making bombs..:P

Can't tell you how long sice it has had the box serviced, I could guess that it was about 18,000KM's ago...

Oil level looks fine...
