Anyone have any idea on how to remove the lense from the light under the front doors which light up when the door is open on a verada?
The lense sits at the bottom of the interior and i dont know whether i just wedge it out or not, i dont wanna break it!
If anyone has replaced the bulb that goes in there plz tell us how u removed the lense!

Take the whole door trim off its easy to do. Once its off the bulb comes out the back
Use the search to find out how.

If your clips are broken or not working anymore you can buy them from mitsubishi spare parts for like $1.95 per clip while thats pretty pricey i prefer it over my door flapping or rattling.

Damn verada's and their 30 lights.

My car doesnt have an ignition barrel lights, door lights, door..foot light things.... rear seat reading lights (like my dads 70's merc) nor does it have a working center light :doubt:

The only working lights on my car are in the dash and the headlights

Why dont you fix the centre light? :D or is it more than the bulb. Back on topic and all did you end up getting the cover off?

Havin a go at it 2mmrw morning or so, while im at it i guess ill see if i can get a blue or red globe instead of a clear one and see what that looks like!
At night its quite visible from a distance so it should look pretty sweet!

Well succesfully took off the door trim and installed some blue/red LED's in place, un4tunately they aint bright enough for me to take pics without the flash on my camera goin off!
Think i might just install the clear ones back in and put some of that see thru colour plasticy paper stuff over the lense so that it will give off a specific colour! See what that looks like

Only KE's have them standard. Got a KE and a KF in the driveway and only the KE has the chrome door handle surrounds. You can buy them from Mitsubishi if you really like them, about $16 each. They do look much better than the grey surrounds. Its these little interior changes that can set you apart from the rest!

use a tripod, or rest your camera on somethign. turn the flash off, and use the self time. you'll get a much better photo that way ;)
