Ok... im 1/2 way through doing this, and i dont know if i like it or not. They are not mistu foggies (they are narva ones)... and the shape of the foggies didnt allow me to mount them behind the bar... so i tried something else.

what looks better, before or after?

(its hard to take photos of mesh with a flash cause it looks all wonky/white patches... but its all black/gunmetal and you cant see thru it)

i prefer after. maybe get a closer shot thatsmore side on though of the "after" shot just so its easier to compare the two. btw glad u took that "DEE" badging off!

I like it. I also like how you've tinter the indicator to match the paras. Also why did you remove the DEE badge?

Yeah, I rekon the badge adds a nice little touch. I like the after definantly!

After looks nice.

And the DEE badge will look better once you find some italics and its smaller :)

hrmm, ive done both sides now.. really dont think it looks smooth. Stupid foggies. :cry: Was thinking mesh along the entire length (like behind the number plate) to make it look like the entire bar was mesh.. *shrug*

ripping it off would be a bigger mess so i might just leave it for now :( and yes i have conensation in my headlight :'(

The mesh needs to be set back like the letterbox grill.. Otherwise it doesnt look right..

The grill bits come out dont they?

yer, well in the pics above i have mesh on top of the grill bits, which is giving it that bubble look..

took it off, put the mesh just in the hole (you cant sit it flush behind the bumper, there are oodles of piece of metal/plastic/screw holes. and it looks nice.. however the original reason (which i soon found out again) was that the foggies CANT sit behind (in) the area, they come out a little further forward. Hence if i were to just have a piece of mesh sitting in there, the mesh would have to angle outwards to incoporporate the fog light. Will play with it tomorrow/toinght... so very late to work...

Looks pretty good. It's the complete opposite of what i've got [I got mesh in place of foggies :D] but i like it.

Did you get a new stalk for the foggies or just a custom switch? If its custom where did you put it? Im keen for some foggies they look so classy.
