Guys, I have to replace my Timing Belt and Cam seals. What are cam seals? Is this a job I can do myself, or should I get the pro's to do it?

Cheers

The cam seals are the ones that separate petrol and oil in your engine - as the pistons go up and down...

i think :?

The cam seals are seals that sit behind the camshaft pulleys that stop the oil leaking from inside the engine down the side of the engine.
It is always recommended to change these and also the front crank seal while the belt is off. Also check your water pump, it is required to remove the belt again if your water pump fails ever.
