hey,
does anyone know how to design up side panels for a boot enclosure, looks pretty difficult.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

start with some cardboard, a compass, a pen and a knife.
Slowly build up a cardboard panel tracing the curves using the pen & compass.
Then trace the shape of the cardboard panel onto your mdf and cover with your choice of carpet or vinayl...
It takes sometime but the end result is worth it.

Yeh cardboard is the best way.
Just keep cutting, and placing it - seeing how it sits.
Once you're happy, place it over your wood and cut away.

mine is pretty much the same, it's screwed in on the bottome with a piece of angle alluminium and tech screwed up the top so there's no way it'll move ... i done the same each side

Old cardboard boxes work a treat for templates.. thats what I used.. Its a ***** to keep straight tho, the top keeps leaning forward on my corner piece...

Mate its crap doing this, i just finsihed buiilding my false floor to support my amps. Now moving onto the walls, boot ceiling and lid. Post some pics when im done.

Are you talking about a panel for your amp or a fibreglass enclosure for your sub or subs? Anyhow if it's fibreglass enclosures, just follow this link below as I found it very helpful!! :)
