Tyres are 225/30/R20.. Not one bit of scrubbing anywhere. Didnt even have to cut the flares

225/35/R20 would have rubbed a bit the guys reckon.. other people on the forums seem to have found this out the hard way

Lookin pretty good...
Ive always liked your taste in rims...

Hows the ride comfort tho? Looks like any bump would do some serious damage to those rims.. now those tyres deserve to be referred to as rubber bands..

theres is actually only 3cm there or 30mm.

the numbers on your tires mean this ( Gremlins as an example )

225/30/R20 First Set of Numbers is Tyre Width In mm

225/30/R20 Second Set of Number is Tyre Profile In mm ( Distance from outter edge of rim to outside rim of tyre ( contact with road )

225/30/R20 The Third Set is the Rim Diametre in Inches.

To maintain the correct overall rolling diametre, as you increase 225/30/R20 you need to decrease 225/30/R20

Peace

Whatever it is, I think its stupid they use metric and imperial measures in the same string... that to me seems rather silly..

do you really want 508mm or 50.8cm rims? lol i got 50.8's, i got 20's, the latter sounds better:P

just like ive got 245's sounds better than ive got 9.6457's haha lol

its because penis's are measured in inches, it would be silly to not measure penis extensions in inches aswell.

Don't over-react or anything...

I actually don't like 'em. Not a huge fan of those designs, and I personally think they look TOO big (Amazing, I know - I think it has something to do with the miniscule amount of rubber on 'em)

But, who cares what I think anyway, it's your car and I assume you love 'em.

I think it has a lot to do with the big lump of V6 over the front axles.

congrats on the buy.

I agree the tyres are way to small. Makes it look like youve stuck some rims on and forgot the tyres.

What width is the rim?

Are you running 225 on 8" rims?

Pretty sure nothing wider than 225's will fit on with 20's. The tyres would be constantly hitting the guards.

Dee nearly got 255s on... and to do with the profile, the middle number is the height of the sidewall as a percentage of the width (first number in mm).

Back on topic... car looks so sweet  Glad they're not chrome :)

225/30/R20 30% of 225 is 67.5 the side wall isnt that wide is it ? it looks way smaller.

Nice rims but sorry to rain on your parade as those tyres are illegal on your car. Your car
needs tyres with a minimum load rating of 94 and those tyres only have like 85 and the OD
would be way too small (1.4cm smaller) compared to OEM ones.

Next best fitting size to mainting OD size would be 235/30R20 but even then the load
rating would only be 88.

Best fitting to maintaing OD size would be 245/30R20 (only 2mm smaller than OEM) and
again it only has load rating of 90.

Even with 255/30R20 the load rating is 92.

There are no tyres for 20 inch wheels that are suitable for the Magnas. So don't have an
accident.
