Alright fellas. I'm keen for coilovers now.

But just wondering, street or sports. I wont be going to far really no race tracks or anything. Is street spec good enough, how are they for firmness???? Is there anyone else interested in them maybe organise a group buy????

Cheers Clemo

i have street.... non damper adjustable....

street series sit lower than the sport ones...

ride comfort... Awesome!!!
tab bouncy but still a firm ride.... so its not bad for the back...

as for sport spec... not to sure... should have ridden in BB's car to see the difference.....

dude theres not much difference in the coils, but what i thought when i got mine why go half way when you're forking out so much when the difference in cost is #### all. i think the sports has more adjustment settings etc. just one thing, steer away where i got mine installed. they did nothing but stuff it up, i wont mention any names but its located near the 24 hr bakery :D

shhhhhhhhh yep thats the one but i didnt say anything...took them 5 days to get the car off the car float when the coils stuffed up, then another 2 weeks to put replacement king springs in the front while waiting for the coils to be repaired. i know a really funny thing about that suspension man too that a friend told me...lets just say his mate built it for $$$$$$$$$$$

i have nothing but good things to say about the sport spec coilovers. I dont play with the height, but i do play with the dampners like theres no tomorrow. Can feel the difference easily. I must say i do like the firm ride and have the back harder than the front.

But as someone said earlier. you pay so much $$ you might as well pay a tiny bit more for the dampners. Handling wise.. is unbelievable, particlarly if your going from stock suspension... you do however test your car.. a lot :P But theres nothing ive thrown at it that it cant handle :D (except maybe the friggen 20s).. but smaller rims.. you will have hella good time on twistie runs.

there was a production run when some were being manufactured that had issues, but i believe they recifyed the problem a while ago and i havent had any grief (nor anyone else recently).
