Hi all,

I got which is what i think a weird issue. When the car is on and im idling at the traffic lights or something, windows up, music off, fan off, and its silent I can hear this funny dripping sound. Actually more like water flowing through a pipe or something. I havent had the a/c on for a while and this didnt make a difference at all. Its not constant flow just sounds like it goes in spurts. Coming from behind the HVAC controls. I never had it before but it doesnt seem to be affecting anything rest of car is fine. Its tripping me out..

Anyone had this before?

used to happen in my old vs. it was when the water outlet for the aircon blocked up from not being used often enough. i dont know if this is a problem with magnas or not.

No leaks? Also try using the heating.

run the car with the ac on cold for a bit (at least 10 mins i'd say), and then park and see if you have any water dripping from underneath. if you dont, you'll have to find the whoel and unblock it

Hi,

This is commonly referred to as dripping sound syndrome and you will need to contact a licensed plumber to get fixed. Act quickly because the main might burst causing flooding.
