I just wanted to quickly check something, I went onto the K&N website to look at the panel filter thats on the 3rd gen FAQ (product number 33 – 2151) but it only says its for the 3.5L Diamante. My question is: is that guarantied to work with a 97 magna TE?

It's the one I put in mine, and it fits. It is also the one listed in the Australian K&N catalogue in stores.

It'll fit. They use the same filter. It's just an american site, so there's no Magna listing...but they're identical under the bonnet.
