As title suggests. Shakes left to right very quickly. Is this just in need of an alignment (CV's are shot, will be replacing soon if it makes any difference), or am I looking at more?

if yur cv's are stuffed then that would be the cause, get them changed get a wheel alignment and it will be gone

First up are your CV's Noisy?? Go full lock right and roll forward then full lock left and roll forward. Slight acceleration would be good. If CV's are stuffed you will hear knocking.
Re Steering wheel shake have you had your front wheels balanced?? This could be the cause to the vibrations. Even a buckled wheel would do it or a flatspoted tyre. Finally warped rotors.
Start with the cheaper items and work your way up to the more expensive ones.

Its definately tyres needing balance cause i you say it only happens between 80 to 100 kmh
cvs would do it more often

Yeh but you might as well get it all done at once, might save yourself a few $$

Hmm... cv's.... looking at $300+..... wheel balance total is ~$20......

if you havent got the cv money now, just get the balance. its only a wheel alignment thats expensive.

Balance the front wheels.......CVs would give a constant oscilation.
Do it!!

Tyres mate. I just had the same problem fixed. Cost about $20 a wheel including a tyre rotation and labour.
