Exrental Thrifty car is seems. I doubt it'd done many km's, and I doubt you'd be able to get parts for it at the reckor's. But have a look anyway, because I doubt it'd go for much.
LOL.. look at the interior picture.... I always thought the 380's interior was similar to the TL's.

Another crashed-up 380 was found on the internet by "Ford Fella", hence the link below:

The 3rd discovered crashed up 380 which appears to have been in a rollover (poor 380  ). Once again though this 380 presents an oppurtunity to purchase a fine motor vehicle at an exception price (even cheaper then current RRP pricing!!!). I still recommend you make your way to your local Mitsubishi dealer and purchasing one rather then repairing one, as given the current availibity of second hand parts; it would probably work out cheaper.

If anyone finds some more smashed up 380's for sale/auction please post here and I will add it to the thread.

No wonder they're not selling - it pretty much is a TL interior
I wonder if they're still re-cycling the TM magna "map lights" aswell :bowrofl: :bowrofl:
Thats weird. 380 interior should be different to the TLs. I think they attached an interior pic of a TL. lol

I love how the gear selector is in sports mode.
Must have swerved and lost control for one of those pesky possums/drop bears
hmmmm wonder if the 3.8ltr would go into a TH very easily... :think:I would say the engine is quite damaged as well. It's pushed well up into the engine bay. In addition where the large impact on the left hand side of the vehicle is where the ecu sits so that's probably goneskis as well.

Also the 380 uses alot of different systems than the magna in regards to the engine. You would probably have to swap out nearly all the components in the 380 engine bay into the magna.

Well it seems to be unanimously agreed that the 380 has oodles of dynamic personality and spirit, so whilst I'm going on a hunch I believe the car itself saw the back of a disguised VE and rammed it up the ****! Me thinks... me hopes...
Also good to see the passenger cell still virtually 100% intact, which is proof of build quality etc.

UMMMMM u guys did notice the pic of the interior is from a TL not from a 380.
Its pretty obvious its not the same interior pic as the actual car as u can see the passenger airbag deployed in the front pics and the interior pic has a undeployed airbag.

Has anyone noticed how well the cabin has held itself (in the 2nd 380 link.. i've added it to the original thread). This further supports that the car is the Safest Australia Built Car (Sedan) and that it is of exception build quality.
The first 380 doesn't look too bad at the front because it seems to have hit something head on. So if you were after the engine that'd be the one to go for, but you'd be better buying it and reparing it.

Good find there. Ok... yours is the best so far... but would probably be the most costly to repair. I'll add it to the original thread (topic) anyway. The engine looks to be in perfect condition though :D
Does anyone know if the 380's seats would fit in a 3rd gen???? I don't think they would as they are wider (to my knowledge), I am like 100% the rear ones wouldn't fit, but I wanted to know if the front ones would.
Thanks for that.

I take it you're talking about the Molten 380VRX? (If not please state which one)
Also, out of interest do you know what price the car went for (as you know the person who bought it)?
Thanks :D

Sounds good mate. Out of interest how much did they pay?? (Because I have no idea how much a smashed up 380 would go for; but imagine $15k - $20k).
How much will your friends want for that engine or have they got plans for it already??
