I have a 1997 TE Magna, 4 speed auto....it's acting up at the moment. Under acceleration...the car is stuttering in L, 2, 3, D and when i floor it...no power at all. Any ideas what's going on?

Have you checked the electrics, like distributer cap, leads, plugs etc.

new spark plugs put in recently...but will check out the electrics and stuff and see

check your tranny fluid aswell, may be struggling to engage/change gears.....would explain no power when flooring it as it may not kick back a cog or 2

it was the distributor cap in the end......had it changed....now normal again :D
