Can anyone advise me how to remove the window winder handles on my 98 Magna Executive? There driving me crazy and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I am attempting to install Pioneer 6" speakers in the front door.

theres a clip behind the handle get a old rag and put behind
it pull upwith both hands and pull side to side should pop off

super cheap got a tool if the rag trick dont work its like $8

There's a "c clip" underneath the washer, i dont have the patience to sit there guessing which way it faces with a rag, so i just grab a flat headed screwdriver and rap a cloth around that and use that to wedge the clip out of the washer and then to flick the clip off.

its a 'C clip' but it looks like an OMEGA but with the two outer legs bent towards each other a little more.

I just used two flat headed screwdrivers. Make sure they're small ones. Once you get one off it'll take u 2 seconds to get all the other ones off ;)

maybe im just retarded but using flat head screwdrivers is too hard, using the rag is easiest way ive tried

Make sure you see where it falls because everytime i remove my door handles, WITHOUT FAIL they fling somewhere and i can never find them ever again.
