saw this and it looks cool.. does some cool things.. im interested in getting this or something similar that does hp, 1/4 mile time and 0-100 time....
is this a good price.. how much do they retail for usually... where can i get them if i dont buy off this guy... what alternative units like this are there ..

that is the cheaper one - this only has one G-Sensor - try and get the one that has 3 sensors - retails for about 800 or so for memory

Check out the shop over at www.autospeed.com. They have a bunch of different performance meters - Apexi, Gtech, Blitz and one other.

One thing to look out for I guess is that things like the G-Tech only work off a g-sensor where as the Apexi RSM and whatnot can use a g-sensor but also tap into the ECU. I reckon that has to give more useful and accurate numbers. The RSM is cheaper than the G-Tech Pro too, iirc.

If you look on ebay you can get GTechs new for $100-$150.

I think they're imported into the country where the people on ebay don't pay tax - as there was an advt. by gtech once in a magazine whinging about people importing them/reselling them and not going through the australian distributors etc etc. :badgrin:

G Tech Pro Competition is the most accurate of all the other products, IE RSM, Blitz Power Meter ID...

It retails for around 750 in Australia, you can however, take a chance and buy direct from USA which is cheaper, they do that because I've called them up before...
