hey all

i have a hole in my exhaust somewhere and my car sounds like a sloppy fart. im planning to go and get some quotes on Friday but what can i expect to pay for a replacement?? the car is a te 4 cyl so im not worried about getting a sports exhaust or anything. Also is there any gain to be made in the fuel economy department by getting a straight through muffler or anything??

any recommendations from the WA boys for a reliable exhaust place that does a quality job??

my TJ had exxhaust cracks up the front, and the mitsu guys quoted me $450 to replace the factory one with an identical unit, now thats the mitsu replacement, however, for $500 i had them send the car offsite for a 2 1/2inch straight thru.

but, im sure relacement exhausts are cheaper at regular muffler joints, instead of having ur wallet porked by a mstsu dealer :-)

but im baised, i have a mitsu dealer across the street from my work, so i just cough up the dollars and save myseelf the hasstle of skipping work to get stuff done on my car.
