Hey i thinks its a belt somewhere, but it just doesnt sound like a car when i drive it....it just clicks, they increase with rev's etc too.. im thinking belt maybe timing, coz its dont like 110k and no major service yet :P

It will be the tappets, do a search of the forum for tappets and you will find 2 dozen threads about it. Its not a major issue. But if your over due for your timing belt change get it done soon. You don't wanna let that one snap or you'll be in a world of hurt financially...

Does it increase with revs or speed? Speed could indicate CV joint as they click when theyre on their way out.

try an oil change. Could be the lifters being sticky... and oil change usually fixes it.

if its a consistant increase in ticking with the rev's then it would be the tappets

I have noticed a similar thing on my ts. When the oil gets old and lower, it clicks. New oil fixes it, and gradually it does it depending on the temperature of the engine/state of warmness.

I know you have mentioned it is the tappets, but in brief, what is the fix if any, and can you DIY?

do not ever only have 1.5l of oil in your car!
