Hi guys I had my Ground Effects Kit fitted last Monday (24th July) and I also fitted crystal side indicators, so I thought I would post some pics.

Also let me know your thoughts on the black plastic bits that sit between near the Foggies.
I'm considering painting them gloss black, colour coded or silver.

yeah as it is now, or gloss black.

TH-TJ's dont look very nice with that part colourcoded as it highlights all the wrong areas (like the screws that hold it in!)

cheapest factory kit ever!

i'm pretty sure most people have gotten them for about $600-700 from dealers (surely cost price would be under $500) and about $700-1000 for painting and fitting

but good luck trying to find one now! i'm pretty sure they're all gone :(

Thanks mate

I paid $830 for the kit from Singleton Mitsu and they had it brought up overnight from the Sydney Warehouse for me because it was the last one in NSW I wanted it ASAP.
It cost me $450 to get it painted and $190 fitted excluding sideskirts which were easy enough to fit myself.

I too reckon you should keep it as it is. That's a fine example of a 3rd gen you got there, and I think colour coding, gloss black or silver/chrome would ruin it. Keep her clean and she'll satisfy your needs!:D

Thanks for the compliments on the car guys that means alot.
As for painting the black plastic surrounds next to the foggies I'm still undecided on leaving them or doing the gloss black or even just a matt black.

It was a good looking car before the kit. The grille sets it apart too. Nice work!

Thats bloddy cheap, I guess they just wanted to get rid of them.
