My demister is interfering with my radio reception. this is bad cause i live right on the edge of Triple M broadcast range so i need all the recption i can get. with the demister on, i can only just get reception, if i turn i off, the reception returns. any clues?

lol, thats currently what is happening in my TL, does anyone know how to fix it?

how about u turn the demister off :D (i dunno just a crazy thought)

nah the demister wireing runs down the left side of the car which is the same as the aireal (sp) cable so if it means soo much to u u could run another areal cable down the right hand side (its just simple coax so its cheap as paris hilton)

no good.
my co-ax runs up the A pillar. the aireal is on the roof above the drivers door

ahhh yeah forgot not 3rd gen lol only thing i can think of is perhaps either power drain (check with multimeter) i've had this before on my familia or u may have to replace the Coax being used with kevlar sheilded Coax to stop interferance

the antenna is not that old. and the new ones come with co-ax. anything else?

i still think its EFI from ya demister cable so trace where that goes (or check a wireing diagram)

mines not interference..... the hissing in my tweeters goes away when i turn the demister on :s
