judging (spl?) from your av you have a pretty decent car, so id bin/sell all the gear maybe with the exception of the kicker amp and the sub, and buy some better quality, new gear

well i dare say the standard equipment in the tl is probably better than the speakers/hu you plan on putting in, honestly the kicker amp is the only thing i would bother putting in there, and maybe the fusion sub

Never heard of the splits so can't comment on those, if the headunit has RCA output than that's ok.
The amps, 6x9's and HU will go better than the standard system, not sure about the splits though.

Depends what you want. My recommendation: Stay away from that HU, splits and Audio Strada amp.

Depending on what you're preferences are, models etc, 10" subs will give you some tight, punchy bass, especially in a box built for them. 12" are a good compromise between boomy, deep bass while still giving good punch, again depending on the box. Are either of these subs boxed yet? Or will you be needing to make your own? You will also need an amp for the sub - a good monoblock running 300-400 wrms will do you fine I'd say. Both subs are decent brands, but please, don't try and use both at once. Mixing sub models, let alone sizes, is generally not recommended.

What model Kicker amp is it? Should be a good little 4 channel to power the rest of your system.

In regards to the HU, look here - http://www.caraudioaustralia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=67923
Yokahama listed in "cheap as chips" area, and will probably give you cheap as chips quality and sound. I would recommend leaving the stock HU in at the moment, and upgrade when you have the money for something a bit better. Does it have any rca pre-outs?

In regards to the Audio Strada amp - http://www.caraudioaustralia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=64240&hl=audio+strada

And Prosonic splits - http://www.caraudioaustralia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=68320&hl=prosonic

nuff said. Front stage is your most important component. If you spend any money, I suggest spending it here. If you're happy with the sound they give out, then that's all that counts. Perhaps go to a few stores and audition some other splits and see what high end stuff can sound like.

Your 6x9s should be fine, they should only really be there for rear fill, the Pioneers should do you fine. Just make sure the magnet does not restrict them from fitting in the Magna due to the torsion bars in the boot.

I say go for it. Put it all in and see how it sounds (only 1 sub) if you have the motivation. Make sure you use quality cabling so then if you don't like any of it you can replace bits of it later with better gear. The HU is MP3, so it can't be too old. Put the splits in up front, the 6x9's should drop straight in to replace the rears. Use the Kicker amp to power those four. Are the subs in boxes? Bridge the 2 channel Amp to power the fusion sub (I'm guessing it'll be the better of the two). Being a 10inch, the pioneer might sound better with only 160watts. Give em both a try if you can.
Anyway, if it's not up to scratch, I'd look at replacing the front splits first, followed by your choice of the Audio strada amp or the HU, depending on how it sounds.
Don't worry about the low power for the sub. In my old car I had a 10inch JBL sub getting 100Wrms in a sealed enclosure. It wouldn't blow you away, but it made the mirrors shake alright and sounded freaken sweet. I really don't think you need 5 bazillion watts for a sub, as it just sounds out of all proportion with the rest of the music, however if you want some more noise, try a ported box.
While some of the gear you've got there may be cheap, it sounds like it will give you a good start for what you want. The Pioneer 6x9's are fairly cheap, but they sound ok and are very efficient (make lots of noise with little input) and the Kicker amp should be pretty good. Both those subs are probably ok for what you want too.

Have fun.

Thanks for all the info fellas, the H/U does have RCA outs and with mp3 its gotta be better than standard even if its crap it'll just be better crap:confused: might just try it all and see that way it will be easier to change what I dont like.
