Alrighty, so I've got myself some nice n' shiney KR door panels for 10 bucks total from a guy up the street who doesn't own a KR.... Which seemed a little odd to me but anyway.

These have the fancy trim lights on them as well as the speaker pods, which leads me to question how do I wire up the 'red' lights on the doors? I was figuring something to do with the individual door open switch and that way only the appropriate door light comes on rather then all coming on if I wire it up to the interior light..

If anyone has a wiring diagram or has done this or has any helpful tips let me know.

Thanks ya'll

I suggest the first thing u do is get a workshop manual from the shop for your car, costs around $50 i think, it will give u directions on how to remove panels, change parts and of course it will have wiring diagrams. To wire up the doors so they all come on at the same time is a lot easier as i said before, but if you are willing to take the effort to wire up all of them so they come on seperately then i have a couple tips that MAY help.

For the power i think u might be able to just use the power off the cig lighter for all 4, u can use the door switches to do it and grounding is relatively simple. Have fun wiring from door to the main body, the rubber connecting thing is a ***** to work with, i pulled it off and fed the wires through that way when i put in my central locking. If u need any help or info talk to me on msn, im normally not that busy.

And if your car, like mine, has no wiring into the doors stock u will have to go get the rubber bits that go from door to body from a wrecker.
