I'm about the perform the Ralliart spec 294mm front brake upgrade to the magna and I was just curious as to what others have done with the standard 276mm dust shields.
Is it easy to remove them cause I have dust shields from an AWD that I can fit instead or is it easier to cut the lip off or bend the lip up out of the way.

they might need just a little push to get em clear but ive had no problems on either my KH or my TF with them left on : )

okay, so you just bent them out of the way and left the lip on them. cool.

Ive had my bigger front brakes on my car for over 3 yrs and didnt have to do anything to the dust/heatshields. The ralliart/AWD used the same front shield as the standard magna, the ralliart even used the standard rear shield (have a look at how close the rotor is to the shield on a standard ralliart and you'll see what i mean).
