i can get my hands on a few, it would be about $1100 to $1200 depends on if you get it polished or coated, just name wat turbo flange you plan to use, and wait a few weeks for it to be made, i decided on this because i seen one made up and it was all shonky with cracks in it, and not even tunned length, and thats $1000 as well, i know what i would choose, (Monga im talkin about the car we seen at overboost, thats all i say)

if anyone is serious about one of these, i will set something up in a few weeks, so look out for a new post.

VIP, I was just wondering if tuned lengths with the turbo really would make any difference? In everything I've read on the topic, most people seem to try and have the turbine as close as possible to the heads to use the gasses when they have the highest temperature, and thus the highest pressure. Do you have any info on this, just as I'd be really interested in reading it. Cheers :D

Thanks for that VIP. Those results are pretty awesome, heaps more torque in the upper rev range and bugger-all extra lag. Did you make those up yourself? Or did you get them from Full Race? I'm just asking as my mate is turboing his pulsar (hehehe) and may be interested in these.

That log for the comparison looks like a very bad design. 1 and 4 flow into each other. A log that has been flowed into the turbo would give a better result.

These race headers are propperly tuned, not just pipes welded together, and its being made by a performance shop, i wont name it on here just yet.

"This is not a manifold that was just thrown together and welded, alot of planning, configuration, and fab. went into this manifold because no one out there has made a manifold like this for the G54b/4g54, This engine has so much potential its not even funny.
We do not make these and put them on a shelf because every application is going to be different. Please allow about 3 weeke to get this manifold out to you as they are custom built to suit your needs."

That is a quote slightly edited, from the performance place im dealing with.

no one out there has made a manifold like this for the G54b/4g54

There are several that have been already made, RPW for one.

I don't think these are the tuned type though. From memory the RPW one's are the normal 'log' style.

Can't wait to see the finished product VIP.

there are but no one has made a tuned lenght one, exept for one guy, but im not to shure if its tuned lenght cause he made it him self.

Specific manifolds can make big differences if done correctly, the HP gains are more noticable on cars with more power to start of with like anything really.

RPW's manifolds from my experience are not very impressive with minimal time and effort involved in its developement and production.
