I have a 98 Magna Altera TE. I just wana know what sort of body kit options i can get for it. will VRX kits fit it fine? and how much am i looking at? Or any other body kit sites wit pics of kits for magnas. I dont want anything rice. jus a nice clean looking body kit that makes it look meaner... ive jus purchased 18" anz velvet rims for it.. which i will b gettin at the end of the month. now need a body kit to suit it. thanks guys

Pretty sure you will need to upgrade to a TH or TJ front bumper for the VRX front bits to mount to. Check out www.ssv.com.au for aftermarket version of the VRX kit (fibreglass as opposed to moulded plastic). A genuine VRX kit if you walk into a mitsubishi dealership off the street will be alot dearer than the aftermarket option.

Other options worth mentioning are the JVM front bar and the Bunbury Motorsports body kit. Both of these are produced locally by long term supporters of AMC and other magna / mitsubishi related communities. Do a search for either of the above for more info.

I have the Talon kit on my 98 TF Exec (Front Bar, Side Skirts, Rear Wing). Looks good.

Clarion Magna has the Mitsubishi Sports Wagon kit on his.. also known as the Ground Effects kit

Two other members with the JVM front have also used the VRX side skirts and rear

I've got the full ground effects bodykit on my car, but I was told that I got the last one available from the warehouse but there are apparently some at a few dealers around the country. Follow the link for pics of my car with the kit. Cost me $830 for the kit, $450 painted and $190 fitted excluding the sideskirts which I fitted myself.

best option i think for the TE is the Talon edit: maybe its just the SSV kit, especially if you want something neat and smooth

Yeh that Kit is HOT stuff, that would be my choice if i was to get a kit!!
