Alright, the engine has been getting a tad hot lately, after checking the radiator while car cold, could not see any coolant near the top, however my overflow bottle is still sitting above full.
Any Ideas? Should I just pour more coolant in or not?
i had the same thing. i just replaced my radiator cap and topped up the radiator

Start with the basics first bud. Replace the cap, thermostat and tighten all the hose clamps and check for leaks.
Just use tap water until you find the problem and resolve it, or you'r litteraly throwing coolant down the drain :D

My 2.6 was running hot, so I replaced the water pump, did the trick.

This is the problem i had as well and my mechanic said it is common in magnas the cap on the over flow bottle had a hole in it so it wasnt sucking coolant into the radiator so the bottle would stay full and my radiator wouldn't and the car heats up, once the lid was patched up it all worked a treat. Well thats what was wrong with mine dont know if this will help but it sounds the same.

Hrmm the overflow sounds more likely, the cap and pump were replaced only 4months ago, and I'm using a metal pump not a plastic factory one

The cap should have a hole in it. Otherwise the bottle will pressurise when the radiator heats up. The tube from the raditor goes through the cap into the water (not exactly, but you know what I mean) and so sucks or blows the water directly into/out of the bottle.
