Does anyone know where the diagnostics plug would be in my TE?

There is a plug in my engine bay behind my drivers side headlight but I'm not sure if thats it.

No, sorry, don't know that. And I can't find anything useful in the workshop manual either.

You will not pull RPM information from a MUTII port - you need to backprobe the ECU loom to the dash.

At Dash - SEE PICTURE!

Pin 18 for speed (comes from speed sensor so same as above) and 10 for tacho (6 per RPM)
