basically ive got a 2nd hazard light "button" outa a ts and im wanting to hook my neons up to it to use as the switch, only problem is it has heaps of wires comin outa it. im wonderin how i could possibly wire it up. If i connect the power to one of these wires and then the +/- of the neon light cable to two of the wires, and if so what wires i have to join these to. if anyone has any idea thatd be great as i havent done anything like this before and dont know.

You will need to get a multimeter and figure out which of the pins/wires connects and disconnects when you push the button.

Once you find that out, it would be a good idea to use a relay to power the neons, as I'm not sure if the switch could handle much current and I'm 100% sure the hazard/indicators run off relays probably for this reason.
