Bit steep I reckon, seen equal 2nd gens cheaper. It would wanna be in good nick for that.:D

if its true that it did recently had an engine recondition, then i would go for it, but im sure you can get 5sp 3L for that price, thats if your after a V6.

Hey also what about performance wise?

Is it a lil gutless as its the 4cyl model?

Pooky has one. It gets along ok but hit a hill and the V6's dissappear into the distance:rant:

If yur after performance id look at a V6, if your just wanna get around car the 4 is ok.

The V6's can actually get better economy 2:shock:

yeah, i reckon the V6 version is reasonable at that price but not the 4cyl version...i got my V6 for $2000 and it only has 100000 on the clock...personally i think you can do better...
TFBoy has found a good one there, id consider that for the price asked...as previously said, are you after something to get around 24/7 in or more performance?

yeh i got mine for $800 with 228000km on the clock, mechanically wise awesome, but theres a bit of body damage which will be fixed at a later date perhaps in a months time, but definately look for a v6 manual!

The comments says engine has been reconditioned but then says "all new head gaskets and timing chain"
I wud find out if this engine has been FULLY RECONDITIONED or not, sounds to me like a play with words expecting you to ASSUME what it means.
