Look like 3rd gen V6 ones to me.
Look like 3rd gen V6 ones to me.
Dame...:confused: thats what RPW told me too....they said that they make for 96 year engine onwards...cheers :)
Anyone with 3rd Gen Thermo block pics?
aah
1996 = end of 2nd gen & begginning of 3rd gens .
I brought the 3rd gen ones for the the TE.. similar to the above, but made of different material (looked more like cork... - ones aove look like aluminium :S (how that helps reg. heat.. i didnt think it would :S).

no its not aluminium...lol....then it would be a Thermo Conductor......its just me using my crappy phone camera. Mine are sorta like a computer mainboard material. just much thicker, about 3-4mm.

The ones pictured look identical to the ones I got from RPW for my TJ 3.5L so I'm going to say they should fit any 3rd gen.
Having said that - the ones I got from RPW didn't fit despite looking like they should have :nuts: . Apparently they were from a batch which was incorrectly cut. I ended up throwing them in the bin and buying some some from outlaw engineering in the states which were of a much higher quality.
