From other thread:

to install the ralliart cams most effectively do u need the pistons, rings and valve springs.
If this is all available i n couple of weeks i might be keen

Where do I look for the valve springs?

Do I ask mitsu? How much you reckon?

EDIT: Just sent him an email to see if he still has them :)

That page with the cams says it will fit the 3.0L and the 3.5L... do they both use the same cams? Also is there a difference in the lift/duration if they do? Would putting stock 3.5L cams into my 3L work?

yes i am pretty sure the cams from the standard 3l and 3.5l were the same.it was only the ralliart and export cars that had diferent cams.

How many tuners know how to tune your ECU, TC?

Any competent tuner will be able to use the software, it is very basic. The forum help will get you started and driving at very worst with a base map.

Is it a full replacement ECU or a piggyback? Reason I ask is, if it's simple enough for a competent tuner to work with, I might be interested in buying one towards the end of the year. I'm getting an ECU anyway, but not sure wether to get a piggyback or a full replacement like an E6X or what...

It is a full replacement and well ahead of an E6X on features too.

Depending on your setup at the moment you can either wire it in series with your stock ECU in place, or if you want to you can completely remove the stock ECU and allow the adaptronic to run everything.

The benifit of leaving the stock ECU is that it will control idle, cruise, aircon idle and all the little features that unless your a pro tuner, take a lot of extra time and effort to setup. This is not "piggyback" either, as its a complete stand alone fuel and ignition map running from a map sensor. It just leaves some outputs for cooler things like launch control, flat shift, boost control, shift lights(leds), tacho outputs and other cool stuff.
