Is the ride harsher? I mean, do you notice bumps more? Stiffer ride?

is that ur car hoist? I really want one but most are industrial 3 phase power but I could get a single to 3 phase converter to power it. I like the 2 post one u can still get the car in the garage but have to have a strong floor to bolt it to.

Just get 3 phase installed, we have it here and don't use it for anything....
The car looks good mate!
I changed the springs on my rally car last weekend, we didnt have the special clamps so we made our own, we ued a 35 ton press to takr them out. On the last spring one of the clamps poped off at bullet speed and hit the tip of my finger, cut it to the bone. Was almost a consistant run of blood till i stopped it. I fear spring changes now. But they look real good!

thats why you should of bought the specific clamps.
jeez how did you do it with a press? it sounds ridiculously dangerous.

The ride is bumpier but it also handles **** loads better.
And they're superlows.
Apparently they'll need a week or two to settle.

How much bumpier though? Would you say it's harsh or uncomfortable, or just not as smooth?
It looks hot lowered. I'm with Black Beard though - debadge and colour code and it'd be tops.

Not really THAT much bumpier, if you go over a ditch that before you almost didn't notice, now I notice...
lol
Next = debadge and colour code... but first i wanna remove the mudguards

Just an update on the springs guys, a strange noise started to come from the front left hand side of the car, and i checked it out with my mechanic and it was the bearings... apparently when the height is changed you SOMETIMES need new ones.. HOWEVER you can put a spacer in where the bearing fits, which has now fixed the problem.
All is good now.
Cheers.

Damm... that really makes me want to spend some $.
How much $ between before-after? Rims, tint, springs.
Smokey

Rims/tyres = $1300
Tint $240 (20% all round)
Springs $215 (Lovell Superlows)
Plus interior mods too...
I'm gonna get extractors soon too..

That's King Springs. They don't make Superlows (60mm drop I think) for the back of Magnas, only the front. Whereas Lovell make their own Superlows (50mm drop?) for both front and rear.
