back theres a nice difference, most people go superlows in the front to make it look better, deponds if you like looks or drivability

what dont i like about it?? the height or the ride?
i think it looks fine . any lower and u wont be able to have mates sitting in it with out the wheel's touching the gaurds. ask [TUFFTR] he know's what i mean. keep the progress coming . good to see it's being improved on bit by bit:thumbsup:

Looks good mate, i wouldn't go any lower just for driveability.

Agreed.
There is a noticable difference at the front but dont forget that there is a lot more air between the front and read wheel arches.
As TS3.0 said most people go superlows on the front, but i think you would find drivability a bit shabby and you'd get a lot of scrape-age :(
EDIT: Just out of curiosity, who lowered it and what did you pay? did you only get the springs done, or shock aswell?

Dont forget.. after a while the car will settle onto the new springs and they will drop a bit further...

I did mine lows in the rear and superlows up front. Driveability is fine.
Don't forget the old springs may have been a bit saggy anyway (so natually lowered).
Put new standard springs etc. in and see the 4WD look
Park it next to a well maintained standard height Magna one day - and you'll appreciate the low look
How about taking a pic of the car on even ground?
I dont understand either what you dont like? Isnt it low enough?
What springs did you get put in?

Looks like a good drop to me, it will settle in more, and also dont forget the driveability factor when your hooning around corners or going over rough roads then you will appreciate the ride height.
Looks good buddy.:D

Looks good man!!! you've done so much to it in so little time, next mod, Color code the side strips;)

That looks a lot lower... in the before picture there's probably 80-90 mm between the top of the tyre and the arch, now there's maybe 40-50 mm. Like others have mentioned, lows all around would be best for handling and would probably only drop it by 30-50 mm.
Looks good anyway. Not quite the tyres-in-the-guards look that seems to be hugely popular, but a nice ride height.

Exactly..... let it go for a few days and it will drop even further due to the new springs being worn in, and once you get the shocks installed you will be a happy customer!!

Yeah give it a little while to settle, i got the dealer to put lows in mine and it wasnt as good as i expected but now its sitting lower :)
I think it looks good, got rid of the spastic looking gap bewteen wheels and the guards and should feel nicer on the road (if you like to feel the road)...

Back looks good and fronts a bit high but remember you got to turn the front wheels..:P
I forgot that when i slammed mine till i got to the first corner and wondered why the wheels wouldnt turn..:P
Right....i know its not really right to be so....but can I just install low springs front without changing the shocks? I would intend to change the shocks in the future but just not yet. The current ones are stock shocks but in good condition. Also because it wouldn't cost me anything to install the springs or shocks.....anyone just changed the springs into stock shockers before? whats the ride like?
look great....see you got a front scoop....got pic of front of the car? I've always entertained the idea of one....:D

You don't want to go lower than that. Anything lower than that is going to be a detriment to your handling.

You can install low springs with the standard shocks, it just wears them out quicker. If you go much lower than about 40mm (i.e. super lows) you'll have to replace the shocks.

I wouldnt go any lower on the front. I put superlows on the front in my TR and when you hit a bump the tyre hits the plastic guard inside the wheel arch, VERY embarassing sound, sounds like your cars falling apart.
OR
Drop it on superlows and pull the stupid plastic guard out, I did it and problem was gone :)
